MIXING OF GOLF BALLS - No Problem! Golf Balls imprinted at Ball Pro, with the same logo may be mixed to maximize your
discount. One dozen minimum of each brand for mixing.
ORDERING QUANTITIES - Golf Balls must be ordered in dozens to eliminate incorrect
shipped quantities.
SECOND POLE IMPRINTS - Copy same as first pole printed at Ball Pro (P) 4.00 per dozen extra. Copy change one color (P)
6.00 per dozen extra, second color add (S) 0.77 per dozen.
RUSH ORDERS - Call for pricing, availability & turn around time.
CO-OP PROGRAMS - Proof of Co-op must be submitted. Co-op purchases must be submitted in quantities of 24 dozen or
more to receive price break. For more information, please contact Ball Pro.
PRODUCTION TIME - Golf ball production time is two weeks or less. Golf ball Manufacturers’ production time is two to three
weeks.
OVERRUNS & UNDERRUNS - All orders are subject to runs of + or - 5%. However, in most cases, we will ship exact quantities.
LESS THAN MINIMUM CHARGE - One or two color (P) 80.00. Three to four color (P) 120.00. Available only at Ball Pro.
Charge is per logo, per location.
SAMPLE PROOFS - One or two color (P) 80.00 plus cost of item. Three or four color (P) 120.00 plus cost of item. Artwork &
plate charges will be billed with proofs.
PERSONALIZATION PROGRAM - Add 2nd side to any golf ball order: free plate charge if straight line copy (black imprint,
standard font, 8-12 point type, up to 17 characters). 2nd side Imprint Charge (U) 6.67 per dozen. One dozen minimum.

to insure correct quantities being shipped. Examples: pencils - gross, tees - in 1000s, golf balls - in dozens.

DROP SHIPMENTS - If order requires shipment to more than two destinations, there will be a (P)
10.00 charge for each shipment after the second.
PMS MATCHES - PMS# should accompany all orders. Ball Pro will match these as close as possible
without charge on most items.
ART TOUCH-UPS - Any order that does not include camera-ready artwork or color
separations will be subject to extra charges of (P) 40.00 minimum.
STRAIGHT LINE COPY - (P) 10.00 typesetting for standard font. (P) 20.00 for any other style.
F.O.B. POINT - All orders are shipped F.O.B. origin, freight prepaid & charged, buyer’s
risk in transit.
CANCELLATIONS - Accepted only if approved by Ball Pro. Completed orders cannot be cancelled.
Partially completed orders may be cancelled only after payment of materials & labor expended prior
to date of cancellation request is received.
RETURNED GOODS - No returns will be accepted without factory authorization.
UNIMPRINTED PRODUCT - Many products are available, please call for availability & pricing.
